A pensioner is to sue a hospital after she went in for a leg op - and got a new anus.
The shocked German woman woke up and found she had been the victim of a mix-up with an incontinent patient due to have a sphincter operation, according to reports. The surgical team at the clinic in Hochfranken, Bavaria, has been suspended.
The woman is still in need of a surgery on her leg and is said to be looking for another clinic.
