Don't tell me. This is going to be another useless yapfest wasting money. After a lot of posturing and photo ops they'll decide to spend 500 euro on more guards meanwhile using 10 million on hotels and hookers. Then they call the conference a success, more photo ops and posturing, and when the proposal arrives on their desks they'll say "We don't have money for that right now". FAILURE There is no hope for the tiger, and the rhino, for example, in the wild. Those areas cannot be controlled properly. Poachers are not caught, guards are corrupted. It's all money wasted on yet another braindead scheme to save them this time. The only way to save these animals, and a host of other endangered ones, is to unfortunately take them out of their natural habitats and relocate them under strict control conditions, fences etc in plain sight of people who actually care and are not tempted by a few hundred dollars out of sheer desperation. Anything less and we can forget about these animals! It won't work.
